A True Myth follows Joel Decker, a seasoned paranormal skeptic who makes his living debunking the supernatural. After hearing reports of high strangeness in the quiet town of Pleasant Valley, Joel embarks on a new case intending to disprove the claims, but instead meets three locals with stories that refuse to be dismissed.

A father and son are tempted by a demonic entity offering a cursed blessing; two estranged brothers are forced to reunite to stop a monstrous beast that resurfaces every generation; and a neglected child becomes determined to prove the existence of “Bugman” to his father. As the stories grow more personal, Joel’s unwavering skepticism begins to crack.
